Steep seas of 12 to 14 ft at 15 seconds as a west swell builds into the waters. Seas remain steep, but subside to 10 to 12 ft on Thursday as swell subsides and seas transition to wind driven. * WHERE...Conditions hazardous to small craft are expected for all areas through Wednesday afternoon. Then very steep and hazardous warning level seas are expected for all areas beyond 1 to 2 nm from shore. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Friday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM PDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels.
