* At 407 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Maribel, or
  18 miles northeast of James City, moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Pamlico Beach, Lowland, Florence, Royal, South Creek, Maribel,
  Merritt, Bayboro, Alliance, Stonewall, Vandemere, and Mesic.
