* Until 415 PM EDT.

* At 349 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Phillips
  Crossroads, or 16 miles southeast of Kinston, moving east at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  New Bern, River Bend, Phillips Crossroads, Jasper, Tuscarora,
  Rhems, Wyse Fork, Cove City, Pollocksville, and Trenton.
