  Sheyboygan and Ozaukee Counties until 6 AM.

* WHERE...Nearshore Waters from Sheboygan to Winthrop Harbor IL.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning. After this time, winds will
  begin to drop.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
