afternoon showers and storms over a small portion of the western
Florida Panhandle and south central Alabama. Afternoon relative
humidity values remain above critical levels Friday and Saturday.
Transport winds will be mostly northeasterly to easterly Friday
and Saturday. Dispersion index values will be fair to good Friday
and Saturday.
