...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Mississippi River at St. Paul affecting Dakota, Ramsey and
  Washington Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Minnesota River near Jordan affecting Sibley, Scott and Carver
  Counties.

  South Fork Crow River at Delano affecting Hennepin and Wright
  Counties.

  South Fork Crow River below Mayer affecting Carver County.

.Recent heavy rainfall combined with forecasted additional rain and
high soil moisture will produce increasing area river level rises.
Periods of widespread heavy rain starts tonight and lasts through
Saturday. An additional 2 to 4 inches of rainfall is forecasted to
fall during this time.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

NOTICE...

* WHAT...Major flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at St. Paul.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Warner Road may become impassable due to
  high water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1110 AM CDT Thursday, the stage was 11.1 feet.
  - The river continues to rise.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late Saturday morning and continue rising to 20.1 feet
    Thursday, June 27. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    20.1 feet on 06/26/2014.

  forecast.

* WHERE...Minnesota River near Jordan.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 29.5 feet, Highway 41 at Chaska will close when the
  river reaches this stage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1045 AM CDT Thursday, the stage was 26.5 feet.
  - The river continues to rise.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 32.8 feet
    Thursday, June 27. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    32.9 feet on 04/14/1969.

* IMPACTS...At 20.3 feet, Water seeps through east bank along N
  River Street/CR 17.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1030 AM CDT Thursday, the stage was 17.3 feet.
  - The river continues to rise.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 21.5 feet early
    Wednesday afternoon. Additional rises are possible
    thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 16.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    21.0 feet on 06/24/2014.

* WHERE...South Fork Crow River below Mayer.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Road to the Watertown Waste Water
  Treatment plant is flooded. Yale Avenue flooded between County
  Road 30 and 78th Street; and 62nd Street west of County Road 33 to
  Yancy Avenue is closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1030 AM CDT Thursday, the stage was 14.6 feet.
  - The river continues to rise.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 17.0 feet Monday
    evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    16.8 feet on 03/20/2010.
