...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Minnesota River near Jordan affecting Carver, Sibley and Scott
  Counties.

  Minnesota River at Henderson MN19 affecting Sibley, Le Sueur and
  Scott Counties.

  Minnesota River at Morton affecting Redwood and Renville Counties.

  Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Chippewa, Lac qui Parle
  and Yellow Medicine Counties.

.The Minnesota River remains at high levels due to recent and
forecast rainfall over saturated soils. Upcoming dry weather after
today`s system will help keep flooding to minor impacts.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Low lying areas and some roads along the
  river begin to flood and private sanitary sewers may experience
  problems.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 945 AM CDT Tuesday, the stage was 25.4 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 945 AM CDT Tuesday was 25.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.5
    feet on Thursday.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    26.5 feet on 03/12/2020.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 930 AM CDT Tuesday was 732.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 732.5
    feet on Saturday. It will then fall below flood stage early
    next week.
