Minnesota River at Savage affecting Carver, Dakota, Hennepin and Scott Counties. .Widespread rain returns to the forecast Saturday, with the potential for 1-2" of storm total rainfall across south central Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Looking ahead, an unsettled weather pattern aims to produce more heavy rain across the Upper Midwest next week.
