...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Minnesota, including the
  following counties, Le Sueur, Rice, Steele and Waseca.

* WHEN...Until 700 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
  continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 226 AM CDT, Flooding is occurring along the Cannon and
    Straight Rivers. With MN highway 13 closed in Waterville due
    to flooding.

  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
    warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    The Cannon River in Waterville and Morristown and along the
    Straight River and its tributaries from Owatonna to
    Faribault.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
