.DISCUSSION...
Showers out toward St. Cloud now are next expected to impact Blaine
this evening with either rain or a wind shift. Those winds will remain
out of the south, gradually turning toward the southeast after sunset.
Speeds will also come down some after sunset, though will remain
through the night. Rain chance tonight will be best between 3am and 7am
with the threat for scattered showers moving across eastern MN. We`re
about 24 hours out from a wind shift Thursday afternoon.
