...NWS Damage Survey for 8/29/24 Tornado Event...

.Overview...A line of thunderstorms progressed northeast across
eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin in the late afternoon and
early evening of August 29. Several embedded tornadoes developed
within this line. Additional tornadoes will be added to this list
as they are being finalized.

.Andover Tornado...

Tornado developed north of Oak Grove in Anoka County and continued
northeast to 5 miles east southeast of Isanti in Isanti County.
Trees were uprooted, a farm outbuilding was destroyed, and another
outbuilding sustained roof damage.

Tornado developed at Bellwood Oaks Golf Course, uprooting several
trees, then continued northeast. A narrow path of sporadic tree
damage occurred along the track until it dissipated near the
intersection of 190th St E and Patrick Ave.
