...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN MEEKER AND
NORTHEASTERN RENVILLE COUNTIES THROUGH 900 AM CDT...

At 816 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6
miles south of Cosmos, or 17 miles west of Hutchinson, moving east at
25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Meeker
and northeastern Renville Counties, including the following
locations... Corvuso, Lakeside, and Cedar Mills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
