...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN BARRON AND
NORTHEASTERN POLK COUNTIES THROUGH MIDNIGHT CDT...

At 1112 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Luck, or 29 miles southeast of Pine City, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cumberland, Frederic, Luck, Clam Falls, Mckinley, Comstock, and
Straight Lake Wilderness State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for
northwestern Wisconsin.
