The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northwestern Stearns County in central Minnesota...
  Southwestern Morrison County in central Minnesota...

* Until 615 PM CDT.

* At 602 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Upsala to 5 miles northwest of Paynesville,
  moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Albany, Freeport, Upsala, New Munich, Elmdale, Lake Henry, Spring
  Hill, St. Rosa, and St. Martin.

This includes Interstate 94 in Minnesota between mile markers 137 and
147.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for central
Minnesota.
