* Until 145 PM EDT.

* At 1243 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 38 nm north of Crivitz to near Peshtigo Reef Light,
  moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...ASOS observation.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Minneapolis Shoal and St Martin Island.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
