A low pressure system moving west across the Carolinas will increase
rain chances across the area for Tuesday and Wednesday. The highest
rain chances will be in northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia.
Temperatures will be cooler on Tuesday due to cloud cover, but will
rise above normal through the rest of the week.
