* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations 3 to 8 inches
  possible, mainly in higher terrain around the Salmon River.

* WHERE...Elk City, Highway 12 Lowell to Lolo Pass, and Dixie.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Hazardous conditions
  possible in the back country. Snow on trees could cause breaking
  branches and power outages.
