.DISCUSSION...Seasonably warm temperatures can be expected with
gusty northerly winds, and minimum RH values in upper single
digits to teens both Monday and Tuesday afternoons. Stronger
northwest winds are expected on Monday with gusts up to 25 mph
during the morning and then again in the afternoon and early
evening with afternoon humidity values in the 9-13% range.
Humidity recoveries will be poor to moderate Monday night and only
reach around 45% as gusty northerly winds persist. Tuesday will
remain dry with afternoon humidity in the 13-17% range with
continued gusty northerly winds, but less so than on Monday.
Mixing heights will above 7400 feet during the afternoons and
lower to around 700 feet during the early morning hours. Smoke
dispersion should remain excellent and shading will be minimal
under sunny skies.
