.DISCUSSION...Gusty N/NW winds 15-25 mph continue this evening,
diminishing to about 10-15 mph by midnight. Decent RH recovery
tonight (50-60%). NW winds increase again each afternoon with
slightly drier conditions Monday compared to today. Limited RH
recovery Monday night (40-50%) with the driest air moving in
place. Very dry air again Tuesday, but better recovery as
overnight RH is expected in the 50-60% range going into Wednesday
morning.
