.DISCUSSION...The marine layer will remain along the coast and
locally, but impacts to the Coast Fire will be minimal. Expect
only moderate recoveries at night. In fact, a watch out situation
is the relative humidity recovery Thursday night will occur early
then noticeable drying toward sunrise. Very typical for the higher
terrain of the Santa Lucia range. Daytime temperatures will
gradually warm through the weekend.
