.DISCUSSION...Late Thursday morning, coastal clouds will linger
in the vicinity. However, by the time of ignition, low clouds are
expected to clear and RH values will decrease to around the 50%
mark. Throughout the afternoon, W/SW winds will be generally
light, around 7 mph, though a gust to 10 mph cannot be ruled out.
RH will reach a minimum in the lower 40th percentile in the late
afternoon. In the mid to late evening, RH values will begin to
recover into the 50-60th percentile as onshore flow continues and
low coastal clouds begin to appear. Great RH recovery is expected
in the overnight hours from Thursday to Friday in the 90% range.
