.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will prevail S of the waters today
before shifting SE and E of the waters tonight. A cold front will
slowly approach from the NW Fri, then move SE across the waters
Fri night into Sat as developing low pressure passes SE and then
E of the area. High pressure will build NW of the area, over New
England Sat night before slowly moving SE across the waters Sun
into Mon. The high will clear E and SE of the area late Mon and
Mon night while maintaining a ridge just to the S of the waters.
