.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered SE of the waters this morning
will continue drifting S away from the area today and tonight. A
cold front will move S over the area  tonight into Fri, then
weaken and stall near 40N Fri night. The front will then return
slowly N as a warm front Sat night and Sun, lifting N of the
waters Sun night. The next cold front will gradually approach
from the NW later Sun night into Mon, then stall across the far N
waters Mon night while weakening.
