.SYNOPSIS...A forming cold front will move S over the waters
today. High pressure will build S over the region tonight,
persist over the waters Tue into Wed, then shift SE of the area
Wed night while weakening. A warm front will lift N over the
waters Thu and Thu night. Another cold front will move offshore
Thu night, then pass SE of the waters Fri. A series of weak low
pressure centers will cross the area Thu night into Fri night.
