.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the waters will move slowly E
this morning and will shift E of the area this afternoon. A warm
front will lift slowly NE over the inner waters near the coast
late today through early Tue. The high pressure area will persist
E and then SE of the waters tonight through Fri night. A cold
front will gradually move S across the region Thu into Fri night.
