.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will continue moving slowly E across the
N and central waters tonight, reaching the S waters late tonight.
The front will eventually stall across the S waters late Sat and
Sat night before dissipating on Sun. Another cold front will move
E across the N waters late Sun and Sun night then into the
central and S waters Mon and Mon night. The front will stall over
the S waters Mon night and remain in place through Wed night as
weak high pressure builds E into the central waters.
