.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure will gradually strengthen as it moves W
and NW toward the coast today into Tue. The low may acquire
subtropical or tropical characteristics as it tracks NW, and a
subtropical or tropical depression or storm will form later today
or Mon before moving inland Tue or Tue night. All marine
interests should closely monitor the latest forecast and
additional information issued by the National Hurricane Center.
The cold front associated with the low will become stationary
across the area today into Mon, persist Mon night through Wed
night, then finally begin to move E Thu and Thu night. High
pressure will persist N of the area today into Tue, then slowly
weaken and shift more NE Tue night through Wed night.
