.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move S over the N waters tonight,
with high pressure building over the N waters behind the front.
The front will stall Fri off of the mid-Atlantic coast. Little
change in these conditions should occur Fri night into Sat. On
Sat, high pressure to the N will begin shifting E as the front
returns back N as a warm front during Sat and Sat night. The warm
front should move N of the waters by Sun, with high pressure to
the S building W over the S waters. A cold front will approach
the NW waters late Sun, stalling over the N waters Sun night as
low pressure develops along the front. The low then remains over
or near the N waters Mon into Tue, while a trailing cold front
slowly moves SE over the central and S waters. The low should
move E of the NE waters Tue night.
