.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move slowly offshore across the N
waters today and slowly over the central and S waters later today
and tonight. The front will eventually stall over or just S of
the southern waters late Sat and Sat night before dissipating.
Another cold front will move E across the N waters Sun and Sun
night then into the central and S waters Mon and Mon night. The
front will stall over the central and S waters Tue and dissipate
by Tue night.
