.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure will remain nearly stationary along the
North Carolina coast tonight, then lift N across the area Wed
into Thu. The low will stall over the far N waters Thu night into
Fri, then move slowly SE across the area Fri night into Sun
night. An associated warm front will lift N across the waters
tonight into Wed, and pass N of the area later Wed. The front
will then stall just N of the area Wed night and Thu, then return
slowly S across the waters as a cold front Fri into Sun night. A
high pressure ridge will build W of the region Fri into Sun
night.
