.SYNOPSIS...Developing low pressure will move slowly NE over the
outer waters along a stationary front tonight, strengthen while
moving slowly NE across the outer waters today into Sat, then
move NE of the waters late Sat and Sat night. A cold front will
approach the NW waters late Fri, move SE across the waters Fri
night into Sat night, then move S of the area Sun. Another high
will build SE across the N and central waters Sun into Mon, then
pass E of the area late Mon through Tue night while maintaining a
ridge over the waters.
