describing seas in a variety of National Marine Center text
and graphical products for the Offshore and High Seas Areas

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move S over the area tonight, then
stall over the S waters Mon. The front will remain over the S
waters Mon night as low pressure forms along the front off the SE
coast. The low will move slowly NE over the area Tue and Tue
night while pulling a trailing cold front E over the area. The
low will pass E of the N waters Wed while the front stalls over
the S waters Wed night. High pressure will build over the N
portion Wed into Thu, then shift E of the region Thu night and
Fri. A cold front will approach from the NW Fri, then move
offshore Fri night. The NAVTEX transmitter in Chesapeake Virginia
is offline until further notice. Technicians are aware of the
problem and are working to have it repaired.
