.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge well NE of the area will
drift S to just N of the waters by Sat, then move E and weaken
Sat night. A weak tropical wave near 67W tonight will continue
moving W overnight, passing over the waters Thu into Thu night.
It will then move onshore over Florida on Fri. A weak trough
will approach the waters from the NW late Sun and Sun night.
