.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist across the waters
through Thu. Winds and seas will likely increase Thu ahead of
Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine moving from the eastern Gulf of
Mexico inland into the Southeast U.S. All marine interests should
closely monitor the latest forecasts from the National Hurricane
Center.
