.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will remain to the W and NW of the N
and central waters through Mon night, then shift further W and
weaken Tue into Wed. The ridge will then rebuild W and NW of the
area Wed night into Thu night. A trough of low pressure will
persist along the N and central California coast through Sun
night, then weaken Mon through Tue before dissipating Tue night.
