.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist W and SW of the
region tonight through Mon, then weaken a bit Tue into Tue night.
A low pressure trough along the S Oregon coast will persist
through Mon night, then weaken as it expands N along the entire
coast Mon into Tue. A weak cold front will approach the waters
from the NW Tue, then enter the waters Tue night. The cold front
will cross the waters Wed into Wed night.
