.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist W and SW of the
region today through Mon, then weaken a bit Tue into Tue night. A
low pressure trough along the S Oregon coast will persist through
Mon night, then weaken as it expands N along the entire coast Tue
into Tue night. A cold front will slowly approach the waters from
the NW on Tue and Tue night.
