Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front stretched across New England from NE to SW today will continue moving slowly E, reaching the coast this evening. It will drift offshore and stall tonight, then dissipate Fri. Another cold front will pass across the waters Fri afternoon and evening, becoming stationary across the southern waters on Sat. High pressure will build into the waters Sat and Sat night, then shift E of the waters Sun. A warm front will approach from the SW Sun night, then lift N across the waters Mon and Mon night.
