New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A series of weak low pressure
troughs will move S over the waters today into tonight. High
pressure build E over the region today, continue over the waters
tonight into Sun, then weaken later Sun into Sun night. A weak
cold front will moves S over the waters Sun into Mon. Another
high will build S over the waters Mon, and persist Mon night into
Wed night. Weak low pressure will track SE to the S and then SE
of the waters Mon into Tue.

.TONIGHT...SE winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming NW 5 to 10 kt. Seas
