New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure will move S of
Nova Scotia tonight, and the low will then continue to slowly
move farther away from the waters overnight and Fri as high
pressure builds in from the W. There will be a lingering surface
trough along and near the coast into Sat. Weak low pressure
should move into the waters for Sat night and Sun. High pressure
will then be in place again Sun night, though mariners should
monitor later offshore and high seas forecasts with respect to
low pressure east of the area. High pressure should weaken Mon
and Mon night as another surface trough moves through the waters.
High pressure will strengthen again for Tues and Tues night.
