West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure centered about
180 nm SE of Nantucket will remain nearly stationary tonight,
slowly drift E across the outer mid-Atlantic waters Sat through
Sun night, then drift more S and SE while remaining E of the
waters Mon through Wed night. A weak front extending S from the
low will slowly move E and SE across the outer central waters
tonight through Sat, moving SE of the southern waters Sat night.
A high pressure ridge will gradually build S into the northern
and central waters Sun into Mon, continue building S along the
coast Mon into Tue night, then expand offshore Wed and Wed night.
