beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak stationary front remains
in place from near Bermuda SW to central FL today through Wed
night. High pressure centered near the Virginia Capes today will
drift S through the central waters today and southern waters
tonight and Thursday. It will then settle across the far S waters
Thu night where it will persist through Fri night. A cold front
will pass across the northern waters on Fri. A weak ridge will
follow Fri night and Sat, followed by another cold front moving E
across the northern waters Sat night.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
