.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A high pressure ridge extending W
over the waters from the western Atlantic Ocean will shift E of
the region today. A cold front will approach the northern Mid-
Atlantic and Delmarva coast later today into tonight. The cold
front will move offshore and cross the N waters Mon, and then
clear E of the N waters Mon night as the front moves into the
central waters. The front will likely stall and weaken from the
South Carolina coast eastward Tue into Tue night as weak high
pressure forms N of the front. The weak front will dissipate
early Wed as the weak high shifts E of the N waters. The next
cold front will approach the coast from the W and NW later Wed
into Wed night. The cold front will move SE over the N waters
Thu, and the central waters Thu night while weakening.
