beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure centered near the
Outer Banks tonight will continue to drift S through the southern
waters tonight and Thu. It will then settle across the far S
waters Thu night where it will persist through Fri night. A cold
front will pass across the northern waters Thu afternoon through
Fri. A weak ridge will follow Fri night and Sat, followed by
another cold front approaching the northern waters from the W Sat
night. The cold front will move E across the northern waters on
Sun, diminishing Sun night.

39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
