West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front will approach the
waters from the north tonight, then continue S over the NE
portion Sat with high pressure building across the region behind
the front. The front will weaken as the area of high pressure
moves E across the region Sat night, becoming E of the area Sun
morning. An E/W trough will persist over the waters Sun into Mon.
A cold front will move along the Mid-Atlantic seaboard Mon night,
before passing SE across the region Tue and Tue night while
weakening. A secondary front will approach the coast Wed, then
move SE into the waters Wed night.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
