.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move SE over the area today. High pressure will build behind the
front later today and tonight, then persist over the waters
through Tue night. A second cold front will cross the region Wed
and Wed night. An area of low pressure will weaken as it passes N
of the waters tonight through Sun night.
