.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
build across the region today, then slowly weaken Mon night
through Wed night as a trough approaches the waters from the W.
The trough will dissipate Thu into Thu night as high pressure
rebuilds W of the area. The ridge will shift over the waters Fri
ahead of a cold front approaching from the W. The front will move
into the region Fri night.
