.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure is
centered far W of the waters and will gradually build E tonight
through Mon. The high will shift S Mon night and Tue ahead of a
cold front that will move SE across the waters Tue into Tue
night. The front will move inland and SE of the waters late Tue
night into Wed allowing high pressure to build E across the
waters Wed and and Wed night. The next weak cold front will
approach from the NW Thu and move across the waters Thu night.
