centered to the W of the waters through Mon night. A coastal
trough will strengthen along the CA coast tonight through Fri
morning and then gradually weaken through Sat. It will then
persist through Sun night. A cold front may cross the N waters
Sun night into Mon before high pressure builds back NE Mon night.
