.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
persist W of the waters through tonight, then rebuild across the
NW portion Tue into Wed. The ridge will persist over the far NW
waters Wed into Fri night. A coastal low pressure trough along
the California coast will strengthen Wed night into Thu night,
then will persist through Fri night.
